NEIGHBOR MONTH
June is Neighbor month at the Cafe of Life. The idea of "Neighbor" month comes from the concept that we are all connected. Rather than feeling alone in a populated environment it is possible to feel the abundance of connection that we all have. Neighbor is really a metaphor for any person you may come across. It may be a person that you see on the street or perhaps meet at a store. As you are walking into a store next time or walking down the street think the words "I love you" and direct it to that person. See what happens. The words are not meant in the romantic sense, but in the energetic sense. As we are made up of energy and matter, what we think effects our energy and the energy of the universe around us. With the words "I love you" something will shift in your connection with that person. The rest is really magical to watch. Love and Light Dr. Evan
