Take Lawrence West, you will pass Edwards Gardens. Continue through three stop signs. You will find yourself going down a big hill and at the bottom on your left is Crestwood School. Turn left into the second entrance into the school. Continue driving through a parking area, you will see a ticket gate up ahead. At the ticket gate, take a ticket, and drive forward, you are now in the Glendon College parking lot. Drive straight forward then veer left into the parking lot. Park closest to the glass ticket booth/bus shelter at the far left side of the parking lot. Keep your ticket with you so you can pay at the booth when you are leaving. Walk across the red railed bridge and go up the steps to the Proctor Field house building.

Go into the left entrance which is down a few steps.

Once in the lobby of the building let the front desk know you are there to visit the Cafe of Life. They will direct you the rest of the way.
