From the Yonge/Lawrence Subway station take any East bound bus (124 or the 162, see bus schedule below).  You will be getting off just before the Lawrence St. bridge over Bayview Ave. You will need to get off the bus at the Bayview Ave stop.  

From Bayview and Lawrence walk east on Lawrence Ave. through the gates of Glendon College. 

Continue walking East around the round about to the left of the building in front of you.  You will now be walking along a long parking lot that continues to stretch in an easterly direction.  Follow that parking lot to the very end staying along the left side.  You will come up to a set of stairs your left that are going down in to the valley.  

Take those steps and make a right at the bottom.  You will be walking towards the Proctor Field House which is where we are located.  When you reach the front of the building take the steps to the left that go down.  In the lobby let the front desk staff know that you are there to visit the Cafe of Life and they will give you directions from there.
